This article shows how to upgrade your Trend Micro Security for Mac to the latest version.
Click the button below to download the Diagnostic Toolkit .zip file:
- Double-click the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.zip to unzip or extract the file.
- Once unzipped, double-click the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.app to open the file.
- Click Uninstall to proceed.
- Copy the serial number, then tick the box I copied my serial number. Click Uninstall.
- Enter your Mac credentials when asked, then click OK.
- Wait until the uninstallation is complete. Click OK once the message below appears.
